How to use a coupon for how it was intended to be used.

How to read a coupon and use it for how it was
intended to be used for.

The photo's on the coupons do help but they are NOT the whole story. You not only have to read the coupon but sometimes you have to know the product and product line. Just as it is important to know your stores it is sometimes equally important to know your products as well.

Let's take for example the current sale at Winn Dixie where Cover-girl in on sale BOGO this includes face, lip, and nail products ONLY as stated in the weekly flyer.

Cover-girl has four categories they are Face, Eyes, Lips, and Nails.

Eyes
Eye shadow, eye liner, mascara and eye tools.

Face
Foundation, powder, concealer, blush, bronzer, and face tools.

Nail
Nail polish

Lips
Lipsticks, glosses, and lip liner.

If you have a coupon that says $2/1 Cover-Girl eyeshadow it is meant for eye shadow if it says $2/1 Face Product you can use it on foundation, powder, concealer, blush, bronzer, and face tools. If it says $2/1 ANY Cover-girl Product it is meant for any of the products with the Cover-girl Logo. Although coupons can be interrupted many different ways and sometimes it is hard to tell what things are intended for it is up to you to do some research or follow boards that you trust to do all the work for you. Yes at times experienced couponers and bloggers make mistakes but most will try every way possible to confirm that the correct usage and information is being told to the readers or followers.

Just because a coupon scans does not make it the proper way to use it. And no matter how many times you want to twist things around most who do the twisting it is for the most part trying to make something wrong right in there mind. Sometimes it is a good outcome other times it is not. BUT trust me another great deal on the product is just around the corner.

Product Information was taken directly from the manufactures website found here. Thanks to Cover Girl for clarifying their product lines in black and white to assure coupons are being used correctly taking the guess work out of it.

HAPPY COUPONING!
