Spent $18.80 plus tax and Saved almost $147.00


 TODAY I DID SOME SHOPPING! HERE IS WHAT I GOT!

First stop Dollar Tree.  
(2) Werther's Carmel Candys $1.00 each
(2) Wall Clings (I love these things) $1.00 each
Total $4.00
USED 
(1) $1/2 Werther's Carmels from 4/21 SS
Paid $3.50 plus tax
Saved 50 cents!


Here is the photo... this was my first time going to the Dollar Tree with coupons and although I had a bigger plan the store did not have hardly anything on my list. The cashier took about a minute to look at the coupon good thing I only had one. But to me they looked like they had a lot of non brand items.

Here are my items that I bought... Needless to say Walmart did not adjust the price of the coupon down and I was able to apply the shock to the cart.

Looky what I found! I was looking for something about $2.00 to fill my first order so figured I would grab a bottle of soda or two for the hubby. I look and it was like one of those moments where the cloud open up and birds start singing. There right in front of me Fanta with Peelies. I wanted the Fanta Orange and Fanta Zero so I asked the stock guy if they had any in the back since it was empty and to check for me and when he brought them to me they ALL had peelies on them!! HEHE..

 I did not clear the shelf or the storage room. I do have more peelies though and kindly shared some with the cashier since she said it was her favorite brand of soda.

 I have been saving up those peelies to find the to go packs and they are always out today they had 4 boxes of them each with 10 in a box. I was super excited!

I knew something was off Because I was ready to grab a candy by the register because my before coupons should of been lower like  
$5.30 cents lower! After my order was done I checked receipt and sure enough the Clearance Listerine rang up full price so I was refunded the price of what was rang up which was $3.85 and the difference of what I paid which all together was $8.00.
New total ZERO! 
 
Here is everything that I bought today in all three stores!
THERE WAS NO SHELF CLEARING INVOLVED!
Well I did take the last 2 bottles of Clearance Off though...  
I paid a total of $18.80 plus tax and Saved almost $147.00 
 


Publix has a policy. It is called the Publix Promise. If a product is rung up incorrectly. You can take it to customer service to get the first one free and the money back on the difference of the other items that you purchased. 

Also if you have a problem with a product that you used you can call the company and tell them more times then most they will send you a refund or high value coupons. It is part of the happy mail.
