As with anything else.. some local stores I am sure will put limits on how many you can be able to buy per transaction or day!
Since I am not sure about what your needs are or how many prints I will not waste time on a scenario but I will say that if you have a printer I would do the money makers and then use the money makers to buy the sale items along with other things that you may need like the newspaper or some toilet paper or whatever.
